1. App Overview

Comiqo is a mobile application that enables users to create comics, manga, and anime-style stories using Artificial Intelligence. The app provides character creation tools, story-to-page conversion, multiple art styles (Anime, Manga, Western Comic, Cartoon, Webtoon, Dark), and AI-powered comic generation. Users can browse their comic gallery, share creations, and manage their library of generated content.

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

You retain ownership of the text, story concepts, and character descriptions you input into Comiqo. By using the app, you grant Comiqo a limited license to process this content to generate comics and provide app services.

6.2 Generated Comics

AI-generated comic artwork is provided for your use. You may use generated comics for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. Comiqo retains rights to the AI models and generation technology.

6.3 App Content

All app features, interface designs, logos, and other content not generated by users are the property of Comiqo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating accounts and making purchases.
• Use the app for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app or AI models.
• Do not use automated systems or bots to generate excessive content or abuse app resources.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others when creating content.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Claims by third parties regarding content you create
• Technical issues or service interruptions

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Comiqo may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the app.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
