("Application"), developed by the Comiqo Team. By using the Application,

Data Retention
We retain user data as long as you use the app and maintain an active
account. If you delete the app, local data is removed from your device.
You can request complete deletion of any cloud-synced data by contacting
support. Generated comics and content remain stored until you explicitly
delete them or request account deletion. Subscription data is retained by
the App Store provider for billing history in accordance with their
policies.
Age Restrictions
Age Requirement: This app is intended for users aged 13
and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from children under 13. If you believe a minor under 13 has
provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and
we will take steps to delete such information.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access to your personal data and generated content
- Correction of inaccurate data

personal information is collected, the right to delete personal
